Cairn Research partnered with Kinara Group to accelerate international revenue growth through the strategic appointment of two experienced Microscopy Sales Managers covering the UK, Europe and APAC. The mandate required commercially proven capital equipment sales professionals with deep scientific credibility in microscopy and optical imaging, capable of driving direct sales while scaling distributor networks across multiple geographies. The available talent pool was highly niche, with candidates needing to combine technical fluency, international travel flexibility and SME agility.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kinara Group in building out the UK and European team, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
